2. The marketplace
ElonTesla facilitates the discovery, configuration, and acquisition of vehicles, technology, and energy products from vetted suppliers. Listings, prices, and availability may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
3. Orders, deposits & payments
Orders may require a refundable deposit. Payment methods include bank transfer, supported card networks, and approved digital assets. All amounts are denominated in the currency shown at checkout.
4. Identity verification
You authorize ElonTesla to verify the identity and accreditation information you provide and to refuse service where verification fails.
5. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform in violation of export controls or sanctions.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided "as is." ElonTesla's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at ElonTesla's principal place of business.
